How it works
Four steps, the way your team already works.
- KOT 01
Seat the table
Tap a table on the floor plan. Covers, waiter and section are attached to the order from the first tap.
- KOT 02
Punch the order
Search dishes by name or short code, add modifiers like less spicy or no onion, and fire the KOT to the right kitchen station.
- KOT 03
Settle the bill
Split by guest, by item or by amount. Take UPI with a dynamic QR, card, cash or a mix, and print or send the GST bill.
- KOT 04
Close the shift
Each counter closes its shift with a cash count. Differences are flagged before anyone leaves.
Inside Table POS
What it handles during service.
Tablet, counter or phone
Captains take orders tableside on Android tablets. The counter runs on a Windows PC or an all-in-one terminal.
Offline billing
Bills, KOTs and payments keep working without internet and sync on their own once the line returns.
Split and merge
Split by seat, item or amount. Move a party to another table or merge two tables into one bill.
UPI with a dynamic QR
The bill amount is in the QR, so guests do not type it in. Payment status lands on the bill.
GST invoices
CGST, SGST and service charge are worked out per item, with your GSTIN, HSN codes and invoice series.
Discounts with rules
Happy hours, regular guest discounts and manager-only overrides, each logged with who approved it.
FAQ
Table POS, answered
Straight answers to what restaurant owners ask before they switch billing software.
Does billing work without internet?
Yes. The POS keeps a local copy of your menu, tables and tax setup. Bills and KOTs print as usual and everything syncs when you are back online.
Which printers and devices are supported?
Standard 58 mm and 80 mm thermal printers over USB, LAN or Bluetooth, Android tablets and Windows counters. Cash drawers open from the printer.
Can waiters take orders on their phones?
Yes. The captain app runs on Android phones and tablets, sends the KOT straight to the kitchen display or printer, and shows when a dish is ready.
