KOT #3 · Online Orders Hub
7:30 pm
Phones buzz
Swiggy, Zomato and your own website. One queue.
Every delivery order arrives in one queue next to your dine-in orders. Accept, mark ready and hand over without switching tablets, while menu, prices and stock stay in sync across every app.
By 7:30 there are 41 online orders open. Three tablets used to beep on the counter. Now one queue shows them all, and when paneer runs low it is paused on every app in a single tap.
How it works
Four steps, the way your team already works.
- KOT 01
Connect your stores
Link your Swiggy and Zomato outlets and switch on ordering on your own website. Your menu maps once.
- KOT 02
Accept in one place
Orders arrive with a sound and a countdown. Auto-accept is available for trusted hours.
- KOT 03
Cook from the same rail
Accepted orders go to the kitchen display by station, tagged with the channel and packaging note.
- KOT 04
Hand over and settle
Mark ready, see the rider status, and match app payouts against your own sales at the end of the week.
Inside Online Orders Hub
What it handles during service.
One queue
Swiggy, Zomato and own website orders together, sorted by time to promise.
Pause across apps
Turn off a dish or a whole category on every channel at once when stock runs out.
Menu and price sync
Edit a price or description once. It updates on your website and is pushed to the apps.
Your own ordering site
A branded ordering page with your menu, delivery radius and UPI payment, without commission.
Auto-accept
Accept automatically during set hours, with a cap on how many orders the kitchen can take at once.
Payout matching
Commission, discounts and taxes per order, reconciled against what the app actually paid you.
FAQ
Online Orders Hub, answered
Straight answers to what restaurant owners ask before they switch billing software.
Does it connect to Swiggy and Zomato?
Yes. Orders, menu updates and item availability flow through their official partner integrations, so nothing is copied by hand.
Do we need a website already?
No. Rasansh gives you an ordering page on your own domain or a subdomain, with your logo and menu.
How are app commissions shown?
Each order shows gross value, discounts, commission and tax, and the weekly payout report matches it against the app's settlement.
11:58 pm · Lights off
The chairs are up.
One ticket is still on the spike.
It has your restaurant's name on it. Tear it off and run your first outlet on Rasansh for 30 days, with every module switched on, before next Saturday's rush.
