Tables fill
Every ticket at the right station, on time.
Orders from the floor, the counter and delivery apps land on kitchen screens by station: tandoor, curry, Chinese, desserts. Timers show what is late, and waiters are alerted the moment a dish is ready.

How it works
Four steps, the way your team already works.
- KOT 01
Route by station
Each dish is mapped to a station once. A single order for naan, curry and dessert splits into three tickets automatically.
- KOT 02
Bump to start
The cook taps a ticket to start it. The timer runs from the moment the order was placed, not when someone noticed it.
- KOT 03
Flag the late ones
Each dish has a target time. Tickets turn amber, then red, so the head chef sees trouble across the pass.
- KOT 04
Call the waiter
Marking a ticket ready alerts the captain's tablet and the expo screen. Online orders show the rider's arrival.
Inside Kitchen Display
What it handles during service.
Station routing
Tandoor, curry, Chinese, live counter, desserts, bar. Any number of stations, each on its own screen.
Target times per dish
Paneer Tikka in 12 minutes, Dal Makhani in 5. Tickets change colour when a dish runs past its target.
Ready alerts
Waiters see ready dishes on their tablet. Expo sees the whole table come together before it leaves the pass.
All channels in one rail
Dine-in, takeaway, Swiggy, Zomato and your website, each tagged so cooks know what is packed and what is plated.
Any screen
Runs on Android TVs, wall tablets and touch monitors. Printers can still print a KOT as backup.
Prep time reports
Average and slowest prep times per station, per dish and per hour, to plan staff for Saturday.
FAQ
Kitchen Display, answered
Straight answers to what restaurant owners ask before they switch billing software.
Do we still need KOT printers?
No, but you can keep them. Many kitchens run screens on the line and a printer at the bar or as a backup.
What screens can we use?
Any Android TV, Android tablet or a browser on a touch monitor. Wall mounts work well above the tandoor and curry line.
Can a central kitchen see outlet orders?
Yes, on the Royal Thali plan. Indents and prep lists from each outlet appear on the central kitchen screens.

The chairs are up.
One ticket is still on the spike.
It has your restaurant's name on it. Tear it off and run your first outlet on Rasansh for 30 days, with every module switched on, before next Saturday's rush.
