Terms of Service
These terms apply when your restaurant uses Rasansh, including the Table POS, Kitchen Display, Online Orders Hub, Recipe Costing, Stock Room, AI Menu Engineer and Outlet Reports. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your business.
01 Your account
- You must give accurate details when signing up and keep login details private.
- You are responsible for the users you add, the roles you give them and what they do in your account.
- One account can hold several outlets under the same plan.
02 Free trial
The free trial covers one outlet for 30 days with all modules. At the end of the trial you can choose a plan or stop. If you stop, your data remains exportable for 30 days.
03 Plans and billing
- Plans are priced per outlet per month, billed monthly or yearly in advance.
- Prices exclude applicable taxes.
- Adding outlets mid-cycle is charged for the remaining part of the cycle.
- Charges by delivery platforms, payment providers and banks are separate and set by them.
05 Your responsibilities as a restaurant
- Correct tax setup, GST registration details and invoice series for your business.
- Food safety, licences, labelling and hygiene. Rasansh helps keep purchase, batch and wastage records, but compliance stays with the restaurant.
- Collecting guest information with consent and using it lawfully.
- Following the rules of any delivery platform you connect.
06 Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to issue false invoices or hide sales.
- Do not try to access other accounts, break security, or overload the service.
- Do not resell or rebrand the service without a written agreement.
07 Your data
Data you enter belongs to your restaurant. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. You can export it at any time while your account is active and for 30 days after it ends.
08 Service availability
We work to keep the service available during trading hours and schedule maintenance late at night. Offline billing keeps counters running during internet outages, and data syncs when the connection returns.
09 Limitation of liability
The service is provided to support your operations. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.
10 Ending the service
You can cancel at any time from your account or by writing to us. We may suspend an account for non-payment or for breaking these terms, after notice where possible.
11 Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we will tell account owners by email before the change applies.
